Program Overview
Become
is a leadership, career and life skills program
for young women transitioning from high school to college and/or the work force. The Become journey begins by bringing
together a group of young women with diverse
backgrounds, talents, and dreams. As individuals
and as a group, young ladies gain insight,
pose questions, learn, and find strength through
each other and themselves.
Each quarter, Become hosts a new twelve-week
session. Our curriculum combines the vital components of
confidence building, professional guidance,
and tangible skill development necessary to
pursue one’s career.
