Michele
O’Hara
For the past 20 years, Michele has been a leader in helping many diverse
organizations create and implement brands that build long-lasting relationships
with their customers. She is a sought-after speaker and a leader of change
in the marketing and advertising fields. Through Become, Michele is dedicating
her energy to her life-long mission of helping young women uncover the beauty
and power that dwells within and providing them with the skills and support
to choose their own destiny regardless of the life circumstances they have
been dealt. Michele has significant experience with non-profit organizations,
including the Oregon Ballet Theatre, GLAD (Girls Leadership and Development)
program, and YEO (Young Entrepreneurs Organization).

Wendy
Abraham, L.P.N., N.D.
Dr. Wendy Abraham received her N.D. from the National College of Naturopathic
Medicine and completed a residency in Primary Care and Cardio/Pulmonary Medicine. Her
approach to health and wellness utilizes the six principles of Naturopathy:
First do no harm, Doctor as Teacher, Identify and treat the cause, Prevention,
The healing power of nature, and Treat the Whole Person. Prior to attending
Naturopathic Medical School, Dr. Abraham received her Practical Nursing License
and has worked for the past 8 years as an L.P.N. in the medical field. She
currently has a private practice located at The
Center for Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon.
Tanya Barham
Swimming,
cheerleading, running, rowing crew, boxing,
jeet kun do, kali/escrima, and yoga are some
of the many disciplines Tanya uses to help her
clients live healthy lives. As a former manager, Tanya
understands the limitations that busy lives can
impose on staying fit and founded Recess Fitness
our of a desire to help individuals stay fit
without feeling spent and short on time. Tanya
helps clients fine-tune their diets, increase their
physical activity, and nurture important relationships
without drastically altering the time commitments
they have.

Courtney Woodward
Courtney Woodward is a Mental Health Coordinator for
Portland
Community College, as well
as therapist with her own private practice. After receiving
her Master's Degree in Education and Counseling
from Purdue University in 1996, she found
her way to Portland. She has been working and
enjoying the northwest ever since. For more than
ten years, Courtney has been working with teens
and young adults in a variety of clinical settings
including county mental health programs, therapeutic
group homes, and clinical outpatient agencies. She
also serves as the Program Director for
BecomeX. In addition to her work with adults,
teens and children, you might find her
cooking in the kitchen, playing with her two
loveable labs, or providing laughs with her ComedySportz
improvisational group.
Patti Moir,
MS
Patti received her undergraduate degree from Purdue University
and two Master’s Degrees in Reading and Counseling from San Jose
State University and Oregon State University. She has been involved
in education for more than twenty-five years, holding a variety of positions
from teaching high school English to serving as a counselor for
both middle school and high school. Currenty, Patti works as a private
educational counselor and consultant

Janesa Kruse
Owner of One with Heart Tulen Center, an Indonesian martial arts and
wellness center, Janesa is a 5th degree black belt in the art of Poekoelan
Tjimindie Tulen and has been honored in the NW Black Belt Hall of Fame. Janesa
is a creative and intuitive teacher, dedicated to giving women and girls the
skills and knowledge to live fearless lives.

Adina Flynn
Adina has spent her career helping others. In 1999, she transitioned
from practicing law to working as a financial advisor with Ameriprise
Financial.
Her legal and financial training combine to provide a solid foundation from
which she advises her clients. Adina understands that financial freedom is
key to independence and a carefree life. She is a gracious teacher who is committed
to educating her clients so they can make informed financial decisions with
confidence and ease.

of experience in performance development, leadership and strategy. Trever speaks
with groups internationally on the topics of leadership, vision, culture and
talent. He has served as a guest lecturer at Harvard and Stanford Law schools.
He is also a guest lecturer at Portland State University School of Business.

A native Oregonian, Sara studied at Oregon State University gaining a
degree in Fashion Merchandising Management. A personal style enthusiast, Sara
has fifteen years experience in the industry, both in retail and corporate
climates. With Sara’s passion, education and experience, and budding
business dahlstyle; Style Consultation, it is her mission to teach individuals
how to look at their lifestyles and personalities as well as body type to determine
one’s own personal style.
