Trever Cartwright
— Trever is a partner with The Coraggio Group, Inc. He has 18 years of experience in performance development, leadership and strategy. Trever speaks with groups internationally on the topics of leadership, vision, culture and talent. Trever has served as a guest lecturer at Harvard and Stanford Law schools. He is also a guest lecturer at Portland State University School of Business.


Sara Dahlquist — A native Oregonian, Sara studied at Oregon State University gaining a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Management. A personal style enthusiast, Sara has fifteen years experience in the industry, both in retail and corporate climates. With Sara’s passion, education and experience, and budding business dahlstyle;Style Consultation, it is her mission to teach individuals how to look at their lifestyles and personalities as well as body type to determine one’s own personal style.


Denise Harrington —Denise Harrington, Founder and CEO of Harrington & Associates and Blue Dragon Communications, is a communications consultant and trainer with over twenty years of professional experience. She specializes in transformation through communications, thereby helping clients and organizations tell their story with impact. Her clients include top executives, key leaders, celebrities, elite athletes, managers and all individuals who appreciate the value of interactive communications.


Juanita Howard —Juanita is the founder of Nita Lina, LLC, an organization dedicated to helping women discover themselves and achieve their dreams by providing ways to connect, inspire, and lift each other up. They offer products and services that enhance women’s lives and teach them leadership and inspiration. Nita Lina is committed to creating alliances and partnerships that enable women entrepreneurs to return a portion of the proceeds to support causes that help disenfranchised women.


Janesa Kruse —Owner of One with Heart Tulen Center, an Indonesian martial arts and wellness center, Janesa is a 5th degree black belt in the art of Poekoelan Tjimindie Tulen and has been honored in the NW Black Belt Hall of Fame. Janesa is a creative and intuitive teacher, dedicated to giving women and girls the skills and knowledge to live fearless lives.


Nicole Vogel— President and Publisher of Portland Monthly Inc., parent company of the newly launched Seattle Metropolitan magazine, recently acquired Portland Bride & Groom and the highly profitable Portland Monthly magazine, currently the 7th biggest selling city magazine in the nation and #1 selling magazine in Portland. Her previous experience includes serving as VP of National Sales and Business Development for Cendant’s, as well as holding various roles at Time Warner Networks. She proudly sits on the Boards of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Oregon and SW Washington and the Entrepreneurs Foundation of the Northwest.


Thom Walters —Thom is partner with The Coraggio Group, Inc. an organizational development consultancy dedicated to supporting sustainable business results for client organizations. He has a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology and Organizational Strategy and is a highly respected organizational strategist, executive coach, and expert in personal, cultural and organizational development.


Linda Williams — Linda Williams, Oregon Regional President of Washington Trust Bank, is one of only two women who currently lead commercial banks in Portland and only one of six in the entire state of Oregon. Linda has a strong background of leadership in all phases of private banking, commercial banking and commercial real estate financing. In addition to helping BecomeX, her philanthropic work includes serving on the board of directors of Self Enhancement Inc. and the Oregon Sports Authority, chair of the OSA foundation, and is a member of the Arlington Club Finance Committee.


Lynette Xanders — President of Wild Alchemy, a brand development and research company, Lynette applies the concepts of branding to enable individuals to create their own desired identities.


Jackie Thomas —Jackie works at Nike as Director of Brand Management for the US with specific focus on the women’s, kids and cross-training businesses. Prior to her time at Nike, Thomas owned and marketed Focus on Individual Training (F.I.T.), San Francisco’s premier fitness studio. When not focused on work Jackie spends her
time involved in a variety of sports and fitness pursuits and is a member of the board of directors of Cascade
AIDS Project (CAP).
